We have two studios and two gym spaces for hire.
Gym 1 has a range of cardio and weightlifting equipment in as seen in the photos below. The space is totally private. It is attached to the main studio 1 which can also be hire for small group sessions. The studio usually houses the spin bikes but these can be stored away creating a large space, big enough for up to 20 people. The studio and Gym have a toilet. If you are a spin instructor wanting to start your own classes, get in touch. We hire the studio to you and you earn the rest.
The hire of the studios is subject to availability from the unit owners.

Gym 1 £15 per hour
Studio 1 £20 per hour
Studio with spin bike hire £25 per class
Gym 2 is a smaller gym with cardio equipment and weightlifting as shown below in the photos. If you are Personal Trainer looking for somewhere private to train your clients, then this is the perfect space for you. There are Kettlebells, dumbbells, power pump bars and a squat rack with pully system.
Studio 2 is an empty studio with a soft matted floor. The studio is large enough for approximately 10 people, depending on the activity. The studio is empty which allows you the whole space to use. There is a toilet in the studio and the gym for use.

Gym 2 £12.50 per hour
Studio 2 £15 per hour
