Sunday 10am Zumba with Fenn



Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. Studies show that it is possible to burn around 300 – 900 calories during a 60 minute mid to high-intensity Zumba workout. However, Zumba is generally considered a beginner-friendly dance style, and with a wealth of tools to get you started. Zumba is great for older adults because it is a low-impact exercise. This morning class will get you set up for the day ahead.


Sunday 5pm TRX Suspension Training

TRX is a Suspension Training class for a full body workout. The class is structured into upper and lower body workouts. The focus is on body weight training for strength and stamina. This is ideal for beginners and intermediate people who want to get stronger without lifting weights.


Sunday 6.15pm Spinning with Angie

Do you love indoor cycling?. No matter what the weather, the sun is shining at Velocity Disco Spin Studio. The lights go down and the disco lights come on and the music starts. You can’t help yourself. Are you really here to exercise!.

This 45 minute class with burn between 400 – 600 calories. The tension and pace are dictated by you. All fitness levels welcome but if you want a tough workout, then this is the class.


Monday 6:30am to 9:30am
Rise & Grind

Rise & Grind is our open gym and circuit training session, turn up any time between 6:30am and before 9:00am (Mondays & Wednesdays) to work out, lift weights, spin, ski, row, run, power walk and lots more besides. Qualified instructor is on hand in the Gym for advice and instruction.

£5 paid on the door or a subscription of £25 per month which gives you 20+ hours of exercise if your brave enough!

Bag Blast

Bag Blast is a non contact class for adults

The class follows a audio of instructions by numbers which guides the participants through a series of boxing combinations and moves

This class is 30 minutes long and gloves are provided, but it is highly recommended to bring your own gloves if you are going to attend regularly

Monday 7pm Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness is a classification of training that prepares the body for real life movements and activites.

Movements such as squatting, reaching, pulling and lifting. The exercises include strength, balance, coordination, power, range of motion and mobility.

Instructors are on hand to show you the ropes and teach you how to train for strength and mobility.

This type of training will get you fit and motivated for more. You will feel accomplished.


Tuesday 6pm Power Pump

Power Pump is a class utilising weights that build strength and endurance to music. All weights are supplied for you. You chose the weight and the intensity of your workout.

This is a full body strength workout that will shape and build all major muscle groups, increase core strength, improve bone health and leave you feeling strong and fit. Ideal for beginners because you work to your own ability.

Thursday 4pm Kids Bag Blast

Kids Bag Blast is a non contact class for children under the age of 16 years and above the age of 6.

The class follows a audio of instructions by numbers which teaches the children to listen and act on the number that they hear.

Any hearing impaired children can still take part as the instructors know sign language and can communicate with the children visually. This class is 30 minutes long and gloves are provided. Parents are to stay with the children throughout the class.
